• Digital marketing
• Social media management
• Other digital and creative services agreed upon between the parties

The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for a service will be outlined in the applicable quotation, proposal, package, or service agreement.

• Service fees will be specified in the agreed quotation, proposal, package, or service agreement.
• Payments must be made according to the payment schedule agreed upon by both parties.
• Work may only commence once any required deposit or initial payment has been received.
• Late payments may result in additional charges, suspension of services, or delays in delivery.
• Hope Sparks Digital reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services where outstanding payments remain unpaid.

We will provide estimated timelines for the delivery of agreed services.

Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the project, client feedback, availability of required materials, revisions, third-party services, and other circumstances.

Hope Sparks Digital will not be responsible for delays caused by:

• Late client feedback or approvals
• Failure to provide required content, information, images, or access
• Changes to project requirements
• Third-party platforms or service providers
• Technical problems beyond our reasonable control
• Other unforeseen circumstances

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested.
• Provide required content, images, branding materials, login details, and other resources within reasonable timeframes.
• Review and approve work within the agreed timeframe.
• Use our website and services lawfully.
• Avoid using our services to engage in fraudulent, harmful, illegal, or infringing activities.
• Ensure that materials supplied to Hope Sparks Digital do not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.

The client remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of information and materials supplied to us.

Hope Sparks Digital retains ownership of its intellectual property, proprietary materials, designs, systems, processes, templates, code, content, and other materials until full payment for the relevant service has been received.

Upon full payment, ownership or applicable licence rights to the agreed client deliverables will be transferred to the client as specified in the relevant proposal or service agreement.

Clients may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, copy, modify, or commercially exploit Hope Sparks Digital's proprietary materials without prior written permission.

Third-party software, plugins, themes, stock images, fonts, platforms, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.

Hope Sparks Digital respects the privacy of its users and clients.

We aim to comply with applicable South African data protection and privacy legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Personal information collected through our website or during the provision of services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
